Morgan Longenecker

Bio

Morgan Longenecker is a DeLand High School alumna who played volleyball for the program from 2017–2021, competing as a libero under Coach Rhea Simon during her first two seasons with the program. With over 10 years of playing experience, Morgan was part of the 2020 district championship team and now returns to DeLand Volleyball as an Assistant Varsity Coach.

Morgan currently serves as the 15U Head Coach at Rise Elite while also working as a Realtor with The Buckley Group at LPT Realty. A daughter and one of five siblings, Morgan credits volleyball and her family for shaping her values of hard work, discipline, accountability, and perseverance. She is passionate about giving back to the program that helped shape her and hopes to help develop athletes both on and off the court.
