Rhea Simon

Bio

Born and raised on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rhea Simon represented the USVI Junior and Senior National Volleyball Teams from 2008–2012 before competing at the NCAA Division I level for Bethune-Cookman University from 2012–2015.

As Head Coach at DeLand High School, Simon has led the program to six consecutive district championships. She is a back-to-back Five Star Conference Coach of the Year (2024–25, 2025–26) and a two-time Volusia-Flagler County Coach of the Year (2020 & 2025). Simon also serves as the 17 Elite Head Coach at Top Select Volleyball Academy.
